At Zuna, we ensure that all our products are made to the highest quality so we’re sure you will love them. However, if you are not 100% happy you can return the products to us for a full refund or replacement.
You have 30 days to inform us that you wish to return items to us for a refund or replacement. We must receive the item(s) within a further 14 days from when Zuna approves your return request.
If you decide to return items to us please ensure that they are un-opened and re-sellable, unless you are returning items which were faulty or damaged when you received them. If you received faulty or damaged items please contact us to tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement item.
Please get in touch with us at email@example.com to arrange your return where we will issue you with a returns number and give you details of the returns address.
Please do NOT return products to our Head Office address as we will not be able to process them.
